I currently have 2 Play3 speakers a Sonos soundbar and a Sub (Gen 2) all connected to a Bridge.  I want to upgrade to the Arc and 2x One SL Speakers no bridge.  2 Questions.  Can I continue to use the Sub Gen2 and do I need a new wall mount?

Yes, you can use the sub gen 2 and play:3s as surrounds with the Arc.  Yes, you will need a new wall mount.  The playbar or Beam wall mounts (not sure what you have) use different wall mounts than the Arc.

Also, if you are on an S1 system, you will need to upgrade to S2. But it looks like all your speakers are compatible, so that shouldn’t be an issue.  if you have a playbar, you can apply it to get 15% discount on the Arc, while still using the playbar in a different room or selling it.
