Im trying to return a One SL, but when I enter my waybill number on the DHL site, I’m told:

“Courier pickup cannot be scheduled for an import shipment.”

Anyone got any ideas? This is driving me crazy…

yes, I was following Sonos returns instructions.  I called DHL on 0844 248 0828 and they arranged the collection of my items.
