UK Returns since leaving EU

Im trying to return a One SL, but when I enter my waybill number on the DHL site, I’m told:

“Courier pickup cannot be scheduled for an import shipment.”

Anyone got any ideas? This is driving me crazy…

The Sonos returns process is described in this link, if that helps you at all. It includes contact derails but select your country of residence first:

yes, I was following Sonos returns instructions.  I called DHL on 0844 248 0828 and they arranged the collection of my items.
