I bought several Sonos products in the U.K. where my Sonos account is based, and they are eligible for trade up. I have since moved to Spain and would like to trade up some of these legacy items for new Sonos products   I will need to order these from Sonos in Spain.

is this possible?  What would i need to do?  
 

What happens if you try to do the trade up on the Spanish Sonos website?


Thanks for the suggestion. I haven’t actually tried it yet.  I was wondering if there was anything special I needed to do before I started the process.  I didn’t want to mess something up and lose my discount.

 

ETA. I’ve just tried and it seems to have accepted it. Where do I see my (virtual) discount?  I don’t was to actually order my new product yet - I’ll be getting it for Christmas.

 

ETA mk2. I just tried ordering and put it in my basket and it seems to have added the discount automatically. Hope it doesn’t expire before I actually place the order.
