Trade in program for a unit that won't turn on

Can you still trade in a unit that won’t power on ?

 

I have a sonos connect that has never been connected to my system that won’t power on.   Can I trade this in or does it need to connect to my system ?

 

Thanks for the help..  Burned by a looser from Kijii.

To do it on the website, it will need to have been registered to you at some point, however, if it hasn’t, you could call in and asssuming the discount hadn’t already been consumed, the phone folks could likely set you up. You’d need to have the device at hand when you call, though.
