I’m looking for some suggestions to upgrade or expand on my current Sonos system. My products were purchased between 2018 and 2020. I have recently started getting into 4K UHD Blu Ray music and also Blu Ray audio with Dolby Atmos and Quadio mixes. My system consists of Arc, One (2 - L and R surrounds), and 2 subs. Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ultra, 300s and if your Subs aren't Ultra compatible a Sub4.
The ones would go well in other rooms, the Arc and subs bring a good price on the used market.
If you have an upgrade credit you can buy a bundle and only use one credit.
What you will get the most out of is, Era300, and since they are running with a 20% discount at the moment. NOW is the time to buy them. If you upgrade with Sonos discount you will "only" get 15%.
I upgraded from Playbar - Sub (Gen2) - 2xPlay1.
To Arc Ultra - Sub (Gen2) - 2xEra300.
Era300 clearly gives a more detailed Surround experience, however when Atmos music is played you will experience a completely different music world. It's like falling in love with music again.
