This may (hopefully) be a very easy question, but how do you set up a synchronized multispeaker (2-4) wireless system? We have a large, echoing training building that is 75x50x20’ and want to be able to play a single source synchronized across all speakers at the same time using bluetooth or wifi.

I’m a Sonos fan. However with a space that large I suggest contacting a Pro Installer. There may be better alternatives than Sonos.
This application is not a good candidate for SONOS wireless speakers. You’ll want speakers spaced at about 15feet from each other, suspended above, but not at the 20’ level. There are professional products designed for this sort of application that will do a great job with no hassles. If you have some office space where SONOS would be appropriate, you could use SONOS there a use a SONOS PORT as the music source for the main area.
Sonos is also particularly bad for microphone use, due to the delay of 75ms on any analog input, if you’re thinking of using mics in the ‘training’ facility.
