Sonos will not connect at all

Hi l have a sonos that l haven't used for about 2 years. I have tried to use it and there's now nothing.

I have a small white box thing with a button with two arrows on. I have a slightly larger box with a mute button, and then volume button. The light on this is a solid yellow/orange colour.

I then have two black speakers both have a solid white light.

My app says there is no system connected.

Please help as l do t know what to do 😞

Connect the white box to your router with an Ethernet cable. The app should then be able to see it, and you'd need to update the firmware on it. At that point, it may see the speakers, but if not, connect them to the router with an Ethernet cable as well, and run the update process in them as well. You can probably do the together, or if your shy of cables, separately. 🙂
I somehow managed to do it via my Mac, lm really not sure what l did but it's working! Thank you 🙂
