I ordered a set of Fives on 3/04 with an order confirmation date of 3/11. Customer support has offered no delivery details and admits they have no information. Who at Sonos can tell me when my order will ship?

Certainly no one here on the community support site has better knowledge than Sonos folks. Given the international chip shortage, and shipping challenges faced by many companies, I’d expect that Sonos provides the expected date, but when the shipping supplier fails to deliver stock to the Sonos warehouse, Sonos is forced into a guessing game. I would just wait until Sonos sends you the email that states the device has shipped. 

Optionally, you could just cancel your order, and attempt to find your desired hardware in a local shop, if you need immediate gratification.
