Is Sonos having issue with their stock or order processing?

I have ordered soundbar for delivery today and still hasn’t got picked by the delivery company, customer service hasn’t got a clue when the item will be packaged and shipped. 

I was expecting a better service for company.

    I buy all my sonos products from smart home sounds great service plus 6 year guarantee 

    Never bought direct as usually get better deals from a dealer
