I’m hoping to use 4 Sonos ceiling speakers (2 front, 2 rear) with one Sonos amp for tv viewing in a 21’ w x 18’ d room.
I know many folks normally don’t recommend only using ceiling speakers for tv viewing because it’s odd to have sound coming from a different direction than to tv, but does trueplay and the virtual center channel in a larger room eliminate that problem?

Your proposed setup makes no sense. If you are concerned about the speakers in the front what are the speakers in the rear to be used for? If you are thinking surround…you’ll need another Amp.
