I have a factory that I run a small crossfit style gym out of. I'm looking to upgrade my audio and like the look of the wireless speakers for the multi rooms, however I'm concious of the size of the main part of the gym.
Would multiple of the bigger speakers suffice or do I need a commercial variety?
Main gym area is around 200sqm and has a high roof.

You will need a power socket by each, and a secure wifi to stop the customers changing music, turning the volume up etc., or you could sell this ability as an upgrade ;)
If its a new build, you could connect all by Ethernet to prevent wifi interference and drop outs.
