Hi,
I am planning on adding two surround speakers to my playbar and sub, but im torn on which route i should take between a playamp and play 1's. Does anyone have input on which setup sounds better.

Connect:Amp is going to be entirely dependent on the speakers you wire to it. And you have to wire the Connect:Amp Ethernet to the playbar or your router which makes it not so wireless.

I would go Play:1 or Sonos One pair all day for the surrounds.

Thanks for the response. I guess the play 1's will do. I need to figure out how to cleanly extend power up the wall.

No power up wall (speaker wire in wall) would be one advantage to the Connect:Amp
