Sonos, I would like to better understand a proper shipping date for the Arc.  I placed my order over a month ago, and everytime I check your website it moves back a month.  I now see January 15th, 2021.  I have emailed multiple times with no reply from you all, I am very frustrated with zero communication from your company.  

I would like a CONFIRMED date please for the shipping of the arc that can be kept to and doesn't move back monthly, or I will just cancel my order.
