I already have a connect running in my home. Can I add a connect amp to use in another room connected to different speakers ? Will it interfere with the connect. My wi fi is eero mesh with no problems with Sonos

Yes, you can still add a connect amp or other Sonos products to your existing system.
If you're worried about wifi interference I suggest you read this article about Reduce wireless interference.
