Recommended Room Size
My leaving room size is approximate 700 Sq Ft, is One Play 5 is enough or i should think of 2?

I would suggest 2 Play 5's for that size of a room. I have a smaller living room and a connecting dining room with a play 5 in each room. I have them on outside corners facing the center so they can be heard from either room evenly.
