The model turntable I just ordered from you...Does it definitely come with the preamp built in??? I see they have many different turntables. I know Technics need a preamp...The turntable you are selling must be the pro-ject essential III Phono Model...Please confirm this Thanks Bob

+21Who is the "you" in your thread? The Pro-ject essential III Phono model has the built in pre-amp. The "phono" part of the model name denotes this.

Anyone looking for a turntable should also consider the Rega Planar 1 Plus which has a cracking cartridge and of course an inbuilt phono amp.
