I just put in a note order for the new roamed speaker. 
got absolutely no verification or order number yet bank was asked to verify to Sonia. 
many odyssey else having this problem?

Have you checked your junk mail folder for an order confirmation email?

I have had the same issue when preordering via Revolut, no conf email as yet either?

so not sure whether it’s been ordered or Sonos just don’t like Revolut.
