playbar or beam with play one rears?
So far I only own the Sonos One. I plan on buying a soundbar, but not sure if I should get the playbar, or the new beam. If I get the beam, I will eventually add two play 1's as rears I think. If i get the playbar, I plan on just having that. This will be for my family room, which is approx 250 square feet. SO my question is which would sound better for both the tv and music? the beam with the play 1 rears, or the playbar? Thanks in advance for any advice.

For TV, the surround effects will be far better with the rears. For music? Well, I happen to dislike music from all sides, I'm a purist, so I like two channel stereo to be two channels.
The beam will need a sub.it is lacking in bass response in music. The playbar is ok to good without the sub not great. So if music is your thing. And want to go beam, plan on the sub.
