Optimal Sonos setup for Basement

Hello,

I’m hoping to tap into the expertise of this forum.  We are renovating our basement, currently in the framing stage.  We would like 3 independent zones - 1. Gym, 2. Entertainment/Bar area, 3. Golf Simulator. Looking to use all Sonos products and wanted to get input from you all on the best way to setup.  Correct me if I’m wrong in this layout:

  1. Gym - 2 Sonos in Ceiling Speakers
  2. Entertainment Area - 1 ARC, 2 in Ceiling Speakers, 1 Sub
  3. Golf Simulator - 1 Arc 2 in Ceiling Speakers, 1 Sub

Control room would require 3 Sonos Amps.   This is the layout i’m thinking about:

Much appreciate any insight to my flawed thinking.

Do you want surround sound in any area?

Unless you resort to extreme measures, you will not have much sound isolation between the areas.

Don’t expect that simple cable boxes will deliver synchronized sound and picture to multiple TV’s.

You need a Move in the bathroom.  Get it??

If it’s possible in Zone 2 it would be better to setup the TV on one of the short walls.  Would allow a better layout if you had any intention to do surround in the future.  Don’t see where the doors are so maybe not possible.  Also no dimensions so maybe that 100” TV would not fit on a short wall.

 Cool basement by the way.
