Hi. Totally new SONOS user who has not really got to grips with the power of the system yet. I am used to individual speaker Bluetooth use only, so SONOS is a huge step up for me.

I have recently purchased a BEAM and love it. I want to add to my Sonos setup. Not sure where best to go next. I am not really interested in 5.1 surround sound.

Looking at the deals on line, I was either thinking of buying 2 x ONE, or, 1 x ONE and 1 x MOVE. Our outdoor area has power, so we don’t need the battery speaker (MOVE)  as we could plug in the ONE’s.

So basically, to add to my BEAM, should I purchase 2 x ONE, or, 1 x ONE and 1 x MOVE.

One thing I would like, if possible, is when using the TV, to have the TV audio coming out of additional speakers. Is this possible with either of the above options?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Monkspark, welcome to the Sonos community. Thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know about this. Let me help you out.

Appreciate your interest in Sonos products. There's no difference in the hardware for the Sonos Move, Sonos One, and Sonos One SL. They have Two Class-D digital amplifiers. One tweeter creates a crisp and accurate high-frequency response. One mid-woofer ensures the faithful playback of mid-range vocal frequencies plus deep, rich bass. You can group these speakers with your Sonos Beam to play the same song at the same time.

Hope this helps. We can wait for suggestions and feedback from our Sonos community members, they might provide additional information about this. You may also contact our sales specialists through phone or email where you can send the floor plan for further assistance. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have further questions or concerns. We are always happy to help out.

Thanks Rowena. I have just purchased a Move and a Sonos One to add to my Beam. Have a great day.
