Midrange-adding a Sub to a Beam

Hi all, my first post before buying a Sub. I was just wondering what happens to midrange when adding in a Sub. Will the Beam handle it differently than it does on its own or would it be best to add in a third Sonos unit? Or, and I suspect will be the answer, does the Sub and Beam share the responsibilty perfectly well?

Thanks Martin S

Adding a Sub will relieve the Beam of the lower bass frequencies which will allow the Beam to focus more on the mid and high-range frequencies giving you fuller, more detailed sound.

Thank you, that’s the answer that I was hoping for. I’ll be ordering the Sub really soon.

Thanks Martin
