Is upgrade offer a one time thing?

I have 5 products offering the upgrade discount. I definitely want to upgrade the play 5 but does anyone know if I select only the play 5 just now, will the upgrade option still be available for the others afterwards?
Trying to figure out if the upgrade option is a one time thing, and therefore worth choosing to upgrade them all just now (to secure the discount but actually replace them further down the line). Or, if I chose just play 5 for now, then would the remaining 4 products still show the upgrade offer afterwards?
