I have the following setups where I want to add the Sonos Sub
1: TV + Arc
2: Turntable + 2 Sonos Five
is it posible to use the same sub when I play vinyls and later when I watch a movie too? Everything is in the same room

No, not easily. A Sonos Sub is bonded to one Sonos ‘room’ at a time. In order to switch the Sub between Sonos ‘rooms’, you’d need to set it up fresh every time, which is possible, just onerous. And you’d lose any TruePlay settings each time, if you use them.
