Depends on your budget.  The ultimate would be Sonos 5’s but IMHO they are wasted as surround speakers.  I have a couple of Ikea Symfonish bookshelf spears that work very well.  If I had the wall space i might have gone for their picture frame model.  Probably the best in between would be a pair of Sonos One SLs.

Surrounds I’d go with Sonos One SL speakers. Good sound and plenty of volume for TV surround or Full mode with music.

What some folks prefer is to get the Sub as their first addition, I did that and it was the right choice here. I added the surrounds a bit later and they were a nice addition too but the Sub made a huge difference versus nice.
