Could anyone help me please.

In December I placed an order for a set of Sonos Five, 1 beam, 1 boost, and 6 Sonos Move.

They sent me everything but the six Sonos Move, saying there were credit card problems and they couldn't process my payment and that my order had been canceled.

They asked me to please place a new order.

 On January 21 I placed a new order for 6 Sonos Move and they said  would be  deliver it by the end of February.

Now I see that both orders are "processing" meaning they did not cancel the first purchase.

 I only need six and not 12 Sonos Move and I have no idea when they will ship the six I need.

  can someone help me to see what i have to do?
