When wall mounted, the up down buttons are essentially reversed compared to the other units in the house, causing me to skip the wrong way or adjust the volume the wrong way. It would be great to have a setting that allows you to reverse the order.

Thank you for reaching out to the Sonos Community. May I ask what Sonos device(s) do you have wall-mounted?
Thank you for clarifying that for me. The Amp does not have touch controls other than the Play/Pause button to skips the songs. As for the volume controls, I can have our engineers take a look at your request and see if how about adding it as a feature in the future.
