That TV is equipped with HDMI ARC and an optical port so I don’t see why it wouldn’t work with the Beam.

+24It may be limited to DD 2.0, Samsungs of that vintage often need an EDID manager to force DD 5.1. You won’t know until you try it, Samsung never document any of this.
