Delay dispatching purchases

I bought a white sub on Monday last which payment was taken for straight away. There was a notice that it wouldn’t be dispatched until the following day due to update of the website however it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Is this unusual or anyone know what’s going on.

This is a community website, we don’t have access to Sonos’ shipping department. Your best avenue for current information is to call Sonos directly.
