Considering buying the Arc to complement by 55” Samsung Frame but concerned with all the negative comments in the forums regarding issues with eARC and the OneConnect box. Seems to be a real lack of comment from Sonos customer service around resolving this issue with Samsung.

Sonos has no significant leverage with Samsung, who needs to fix their ARC/eARC firmware. There is zero financial relationship between the two companies.
There is at least one significant thread in the Home Theater area of this forum, perhaps several, that bear reading.
