Connecting Sonos SL to in-wall speaker wiring

My home has built in home-theater wiring already installed. Is it possible to power a Sonos SL using the pre-existing in-wall speaker wiring? This would enable me to mount the speaker on the wall without a power outlet close-by.

No. Speaker wires are not rated to carry 110 volts.
