Hello,

I’m trying to make a purchase, but the checkout page won’t work. It redirects me to the background sonos site, but without any checkout-specific information.

Your best bet is to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. This forum is made up of community members, there are limited numbers of forum moderators who are Sonos employees, and I suspect they have zero access to the sales side of things.
