Every time I try and make a purchase from your website the webpage revert back to “your basket is empty” Is there a fault. I’ve tried with 2 different cards at this point and that doesn’t seem to resolve issue.

It’s appears to working okay here  through both the Ireland and U.K. websites .. Have you switched Country settings? - it is possibly your browser/device security… maybe try another device, if you have one available.

Alternatively, you can call Sonos Sales on: 1800 832 711 for Ireland when they’re open.


Try disabling any ad/script-blocking extensions.
