Black Friday offers but not to peope with accounts?

I wanted to buy some stands which are 71.99 on offer on the Sonos store but when I add them while logged in it shoots the price back up to 89.99 in the basket. Anyone else seeing this issue?

That definitely shouldn’t be happening. I suggest getting in touch with our sales team who can investigate this further for you.
