here a copy of the email I sent to Sonos, Hi I went online to order a Sonos 1 (gen2) this morning at Sonos home sounds (UK) and found trade in deal for a Sonos connect but when i applied they said they had to suspend the deal for the time being, can you tell me if the deal is being offered by Sonos if not why are your authorized dealers still showing the very iffy salesmanship even misleading dishonest sales technique

No, but I buy from Sonos directly.  What discount are you entitled to under the Sonos upgrade offer (I think it’s 30% off your new purchase with a gen 1 Connect, 15% for gen 2 (?)

I believe the Sonos deal is not time limited.  I doubt that dealers are obliged to match it.
