advice on upgrading

Hello. So I currently have a beam and 2x play ones in my living room. My question is a straight choice between adding a sub the existing set up or swapping the beam for the new arc which I believe is alot more powerful. Either option would be similar in price. If anyone has any thoughts or experience with this any input would be greatly received. Thanks in advance.

I would go for the sub, unless you want Atmos compatibility. The beam (gen1) can’t do that.

The biggest improvement to your system would be the addition of a Sub.

You can buy a refurbished Sub (Gen 2) direct from Sonos for £399 and it is currently in stock.

Unless your Beam is really too small for your space the Sub.

In my case the Beam just wasn’t able to fill the space well, adding a Sub helped but swapping it for an Arc was the solution.

If Sonos made an Amp with a true and adjustable center channel I’d buy one.
