My Sonos system has a bridge that controls a Sonos:1, Sonos: 3, Sonos Soundbar, and a Sonos Sub. Can I add a few One SL speakers to my system without any issues?

You should, the Sonos One can support S1. But I’d give strong consideration to replacing the BRIDGE with either a direct internet cable between your router and one of the speakers, or a BOOST.  And in either case, retiring the BRIDGE would allow you to move to S2 if desired. It’s the only device in your current list that is S1 only.
