I have a 36-square-meter living room.

I currently own 2 Era 300s. To me, they lack bass punch. Initially, I wanted to return them, but I missed the return window, so I bought a Sub Mini to address the bass issue.

The sound is good, but unfortunately, I don’t like how the Sub Mini looks in my living room. The optimal placement for the sub makes it very visible, and it looks like a small trash can to me (and to my wife).

I’m considering returning the Sub Mini and selling the 300s to get a pair of Fives, which, based on what I’ve read, don’t need a subwoofer to deliver good bass and punchy sound.

Here’s my question: Will a pair of Fives without a sub sound as good as or better than a pair of 300s for stereo music? I don’t listen to Atmos music.

Will the difference be noticeable?

If you could rate the sound quality of a pair of 300s at 100%, how much would you rate the Fives?
