15% Upgrade Credit

Hi, I have a 15% upgrade credit activated and I am trying to buy an ERA 100, but I dont see the credit on the checkout. Any tips?

Hello, thanks for the responses. The 30% discount is valid in Portugal… so I assume the 15% credit is not cumulative? This is not really a discount, it's marketing - because I can get the very same price in 2 local retailers...

Discounts cannot be stacked. So it is one or the other. Often products can be found at the same price or cheaper elsewhere, so it pays to shop around to obtain the best deal at the time of purchase.

Make sure you’re logged in to your account when you’re making the purchase on the website? Or perhaps easier, you could call in.

I’m not 100% certain the Black Friday ‘sales’ extends to Portugal. Could be, just not certain…

Well they extend to other European countries, but Sonos doesn’t have a Portuguese website that I could see, so depends on which region/country the OP is buying from.

I doubt the OP is ordering from the US site.

I also doubt that but thought having a link to the sale information could be of some use to them.
