Why is my Sonos Roam skipping between podcasts

So I listen to some podcasts on Sonos - however, recently it starts playing my chosen podcast and then after a few seconds skips to another podcast and plays that one instead...why oh why?

It’s likely that the Roam’s audio buffer is emptying because the stream is not getting through, perhaps try its wireless connection on either a different WiFi band, or channel. - I recommend trying it on the local 2.4Ghz band using channel 1, 6 or 11 on your router and set the channel-width to 20Mhz only.

Perhaps begin by reading this Sonos support link:

OK, I’ve changed the Sonos Channel in the app to 11. The Router is on 9 - we’ll see.

It’s a dual band router - wonder if this has an impact
