Why does the white light on my Beam and Ones stay lit?

You can turn it off in the settings, under Status Light.

A solid white LED light means the Sonos product is powered up and functioning properly:

As @jgatie mentions above, you can turn off the LED light in the Sonos app by following the steps in this article:
