Hi all,

I have a Play3. I want to stereo pair it. But to what, Sonos no longer sell Play3s it appears? I don’t want to replace my Play3, I like it, but do I need to to get a better experience. In other words would two different speakers lose something in quality?

Cheers

Paul

I’d just buy a used Play 3 from any of the sites selling them. First hit:

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p4432023.m570.l1311&_nkw=play+3+sonos&_sacat=0

You can’t stereo pair a Play 3 with a different Sonos, only another Play 3.

(Edit: using Sonos/Android)

A pair of Era 100s would be your other option, look for the upgrade discount and buy the 100s as a pair for the maximum discount. You would keep your Play 3 with this deal.

The ios app Sonosequencer can pair non like speakers to your play3 if you have no luck finding a used p3. Something like a one or ikea would work ok.
