Do I need to use my phone to ask Era 100 with voice control to play a radio station or will the speaker itself respond to my voice?

The Era speakers that are not SL models have built-in microphone arrays for voice control. You can speak directly to the speakers for Alexa or Sonos voice control and the speaker will respond.
The Era speakers that are not SL models have built-in microphone arrays for voice control. You can speak directly to the speakers for Alexa or Sonos voice control and the speaker will respond.
You won’t need your phone. To be clear, you do need to enable Alexa or Sonos Voice Control (SVC), enable the microphone, and not all streaming service are compatible.
