I am currently abroad and have an urgent issue with my Sonos system at home.
A Sonos alarm appears to have been triggered unexpectedly, and according to my neighbor it has been ringing continuously for a long time. The system is located in Barcelona, while I am currently in another country and cannot physically access the speakers.
I have tried using the Sonos app remotely but have not found a way to disable the alarm or stop playback. Unfortunately, my neighbor does not have access to my apartment.
My questions are:
- Is there any way to disable or delete a Sonos alarm remotely when you are not connected to the same local network?
- Is there any way to stop playback remotely through the Sonos app, web app, or Sonos account?
- Are there any emergency options available in situations like this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as the alarm is disturbing my neighbors and I am unable to return home for several days.
