I am having problems with an update on my "Living Room" which is a Sonos Beam plus 2x Play1 as surround sound speakers. But the update does not go through. Any ideas?

Are you able to connect your Beam to an ethernet cable briefly for the update? You haven’t put much in your profile, this makes it much harder to help you. Are you in the UK? Do you have Sky?
I am in the US. I could connect the Beam to an ethernet cable, so will try that, Thanks for the suggestion
