update issues

Hi, 

I bought a sonos arc about a month ago, got it hooked up to wifi and tv no problems, it's brilliant!, I bought a sub mini 3 days ago, and have spent 3 days trying to get it going. Tried everything suggested on sonos troubleshooting pages, and this forum. It needs to update to work, that's the message I can't get past, with error code 1000. 3 days I've been trying, I have done it all, just gets back to this point, and won't go any further. Wifi says it's there along with the arc, but there it sits on the floor useless with a solid white light waiting to be regestered, and updated, I just can't make it happen.  So frustrating.

This is a bug in the new app. One way that has worked for some is to Try updating your mini sub with the desktop app. Start adding the device with the mobile app, load desktop app to do the update.

Nope, didn't work Bumper thanks anyway. It was a 70 min. Wait on telephone, and I got no where with the online bot, so still not working,  and very disappointed.
