I could manage issues prior to the big beautiful app upgrade.I have had my One and One SL speakers for years. I have one plugged into ethernet. Two of my other speakers were struggling to stay stereo paired and I thought installing a mesh network to boost signal for Sonos would help. Not so much. I have to reboot my Iphone every time to get Sonos to “find my system”. In Network configuration Sonos shows two instances of my network. Those are the original network, and the mesh network I was encouraged to give the same name as the original. For example, my original network is named dummy123 and my mesh network install prompted me to name the mesh network dummy123. My Sonos system is on its own network on Channel 1

Sounds like you are still using your ISP’s Moden/Router box. You need to place it (ISP Router side) in bridge mode. That will eliminate the second network. When done reboot your mesh network. Before doing so unplug all your Sonos and reconnect them once everything is set and your device is connected and only showing one network.

And there’s no guaranty that Channel 1 is the ‘right’ one for you. It depends, unfortunately, on other WiFi signals around you, and what channels they are on. Sonos has always suggested 1, 6, or 11, as they are  the only ones that don’t stomp on each other, but the environment in which your signal works best is the key ingredient. Don’t be afraid to test others, after all, it’s merely a test, and if you find it isn’t ‘better’, you can change back to where it was before.
