U just got a used play 5 gen 1, it’s only blinking white, am not able to reset and can connect to my WiFi. I have try connecting with the internet cable but there is no light blinking at the back of the player to indicate WiFi working. It’s this a software or hardware problem?

If you reset amd tried the suggested steps if that fails you likely got a bad speaker.

My worry is that the player can’t be reset or reboot. When you plug it on with your finger on it just start flashing white and there is no WiFi light flashing when you connect the cable. Not sure if it’s a software issue or hardware issues
