Unable to reconnect Sonos. Only if Ethernet cable is used. Otherwise app doesn't find device.

Otherwise try calling Sonos support.


If you’ve changed router and have new a new WiFi network, the Symfonisk Bookshelf may require a factory reset, depending on generation, to join the new WiFi.
