unable to reconnect play 5

My Play 5 has disconnected itself from my app/ system, I have tried a reset on numerous occasions but nothing..

This has happened since the app update, I have had Sonos for 15 years now but starting to think the system is not worth the hassle as it seems very temperamental now..
