Having upgraded my Vigin media router to get 1GB my Sonos one speakers won’t reconnect to the Wi-Fi. I have. Followed usual guidance but no joy. Is this something to do with 2.4 vs bandwidth? Hoping there’s a simple solution as fair to say I’m not very technical! Any help much appreciated.

Try temporarily connecting the One by Ethernet cable. Or rename the new router network name and password to the old ones.
